Spring Has Sprung

The daffodils are coming out signifying Spring is almost here. Lovely! I'm looking forward to this new season as I know it's going to be even more wonderful.

Speaking of which, it's now time to close this blog.

The new season continues at It's All Done and Dusted - Part 2.

See you there.

Welcome

I'll open wide, and let my dreams come true
I'll step aside, and let them all come through
I'll open wide, and let my dreams come true
And I will fly, and live my life with you
Let My Dreams Come True by US3

"Don't you realize that life has alreaady happened? The idea of failure or more work is only the part of your dream that still believes in separation." Serpent of Light - Beyond 2012, Drunvalo Melchizedek, p 117

"The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun." Ecclesiastes 1: 9

A while back I had a vision where I saw everything had already happened. Thus, all possibilities already exist; all that I'd ever wished for had been fulfilled; all my dreams have already come true; all good already exists as the All There Is.

Put another way, the principle of "It's all done and dusted" is living with the awareness that I'm not creating anything new, I'm simply experiencing what already exists, the All There Is, in the Timeless Now. In other words, if I can think it, it already exists otherwise I wouldn't have had the thought in the first place.

The principle of "It's all done and dusted" is about letting the infinite possibilities of goodness express as me through the infinite power of the I AM/Love in me.

As always, the articles I'm sharing are my meanings, perspective and model of reality and not meant to instruct readers in any way. Make of them what you will.

Good on Paper, But...

I like watching property programmes on television where people decide they want to be relocated and estate agents help them find their ideal house that matches their price range and their expectations.

In last night's programme on television, a couple with three kids were trying to decide whether to move to a bigger property in the UK or to move to America where the husband had already secured himself a very good job. It is actually the husband's dream to live in Florida.

Although the first property the couple saw in the UK seemed OK and matched their requirements, they weren’t' excited about it. The second one offered something a lot more, it made them feel good; they could even see themselves living in that house. After viewing the third property, the couple discussed their choices with their kids and asked which one they preferred. The kids liked the second property.

Next, the couple took a trip to Florida to view three properties in ideal locations with good schools. In comparison to the properties in the UK, the houses they saw offered a lot more value for money in terms of space, location and even swimming pools, which majority of properties in the UK don't have, unless you're a millionaire. Although the couple really liked the second one the best, they had to decide whether it was worth moving the kids from their friends and loved ones to start a new life in Florida. After further discussions with their kids, they decided it was best for them to stay in the UK and go for the property they had all liked.

I always find it fascinating to observe how people decide what property is right for them. A property might look good on paper in terms of appearance, price, space, location, but there's got to be that added extra that clinches the deal - feeling good. The property has to either make you feel good or make you want to live there. Without that feeling, it's just one of millions of nice buildings.

Where does that good feeling come from? The heart. The heart is who I really am. It is the heart that is seeking to express what She loves and attracts what resonates. I believe that good feeling is a signal that the heart is sending to confirm that I am on the right track.

The same is true about relationships. Just because we are all innately Love doesn't mean all guys are compatible. I have met lots of guys who seem good on paper i.e. nice guys, share similar interests and core beliefs, but it hasn't felt right. As I have every intention of pursuing an intimate/special relationship, it's important for me to listen to what my heart tells me as She not only knows what's best, She always sees the bigger picture. I trust in my heart to attract someone who resonates at the heart level, that I fancy, and enjoy being with. And where the heart is, there is infinite magic.

As far as I'm concerned, when the heart is left out of any deal, it's no deal at all.

Love this Quote - 2

"Absence diminishes mediocre passions and increases great ones, as the wind extinguishes candles and fans fires." Francois de La Rochefoucauld
I find this to be sooo true.

Only One Worker

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Philippians 2: 13

I believe there is only One. Therefore, there are no people, animals, nature, earth, planets, stars, galaxies, there is only the One appearing as the all.

How do I apply this realisation on a practical level? Well, if I want anything done all I have to do is ask the ONE and He will let it happen.

A friend was having a meeting in town and he asked if I wanted to meet up for lunch after his meeting. After lunch he intended to return to his meeting and then we'd link up later. On the morning of our meeting, I thanked the ONE for arranging the day perfectly for my friend and I to meet up without any hassles. I soon received a text message from my friend telling me that his meeting had been cancelled and he was now free to spend time together without interference.

As I was waiting at the bus stop, a man stood in front of me blocking my view. I asked the ONE to move out the way so I could see when my bus was approaching. The man instantly moved out of the way.

I have been dying to have some photographs taken. When I asked the ONE to take my photos, the ONE sent me a friend who likes taking photos. He's now taken lots of my photos.

Life is so much simpler when I just see the ONE as the only worker in all.

Only ONE exists.

My Cup Runs Over

A friend was telling me what he likes about me. Apart from my superior intellect, fantastic wit, and that I'm a real babe (obviously), another reason why he finds me so enchanting is because my glass is always full. He said I always see the bright side of situations.

Actually, I see my glass as constantly overflowing with Joy that I share with the entire universe.

I believe, in essence, we are all overflowing with Joy.

Speaking of which, as I was chatting to the same friend I could see light streaming out of his body and even his shoes. It was wonderful to see the different colours pouring out of him. I was seeing my friend as who he really is as Light that is constantly radiating to the universe. I wished he could see what I was seeing.

It is because I am Light that's why my cup runs over.

Disruption

Things are not always what they seem.

As I was walking home, I noticed part the pavement was blocked with a sign showing pedestrians where to walk. Why do they keep digging these pavements and creating so much disruption?

But wait! There isn't really any disruption. What's actually occurring is that they are giving the pavements a facelift. Once they've finished it will be even smoother for pedestrians to enjoy.

That's the thing about change. In order for the new to come into effect there have to be major disruptions. Come to think of it, I've noticed lots of disruptions since I've been walking round London.

It's all good.

Come On, You Reds!

While I was watching a programme on television, the announcer reminded viewers of the football match coming up next between Liverpool versus Real Madrid. I happen to be a long-term supporter of Liverpool FC even though I haven't got a clue now who the players are. So I said a little prayer for Liverpool to win and then switched over to another channel.

Later I checked to see who was winning and saw Liverpool had trounced Real Madrid by 4-0. Ouch!

I wonder if praying for a team to win constitute personal gain? Who cares!

We are the champions, whoever the players are!

Things that Make Me Smile

As I was walking home, I heard the pitter-patter of footsteps behind me which made me smile. I knew it was a dog being taken for its walk. I turned round and smiled at the woman and her dog and told her how much I enjoy hearing doggie footsteps. The woman said she was glad and the dog licked my hand.

Other things that make me smile.

Occasionally when I see mounted police officers, the clippety-clop sounds that a horse's hooves make do make me smile.

Cats make me smile. I just love the way they move and walk and for just being cats.

Squirrels make me smile. We have hundreds of them near where I live. I love watching them nibble at their nuts.

At night the foxes come out to forage. They make me smile. A friend tells me that one night he and his friend noticed a fox about to run across the road. The fox had several sausages dangling in its mouth. He said it was such a sight.

Pigeons make me smile. I like the way some of them behave so much like humans. I've spotted a few waiting at traffic lights to cross over. The same friend who saw the fox told me he once saw a pigeon riding in the tube (underground train) and wondered if the pigeon had an Oyster card (ticket) or whether it was travelling for free.

To be continued...

Nothing New Under the Sun - Part 2

From time immemorial, mankind has suffered from the same old problem - mental slavery i.e. when one is limited by one's beliefs and thoughts. Mental slavery leads to various forms of slavery: physical, financial, addictions, etc.

The answer to the problem has always been the same - either realise your identity as Spirit or trust in Spirit.

Although I don't follow any religion, I am inspired by the Bible, (the religious text for Christianity and Judaism) which, I believe, has many stories that symbolise how mankind has been trying to free itself from mental slavery.

In the Book of Exodus, when Moses is inspired to free his people (the Israelites) who are enslaved by the Egyptians, Moses is introduced to the omnipotent I AM THAT I AM, the God-Power within him. When the Pharaoh of Egypt refuses to free the Israelites, Moses tunes into that Power and creates what is referred to as the The Plagues of Egypt, which includes manifesting diseases and pests; and killing the first born of all Egyptian families. It is written that while the Israelites are being pursued by the Egyptians, Moses calls on the Power which parts the Red Sea for his people to pass through. While the Israelites are roaming in the desert for 40 years, Moses calls on the I AM to supply their needs.

One thing I find interesting about the story of Moses is that the Power does not judge. How each individual utilises the Power depends on their beliefs and value system. If you believe someone is your enemy then you're bound to use the Power to destroy your enemy as Moses does with the Egyptians; or to provide as Moses does for his people. In other words, it is up to each individual to learn how to use the Power - to bless or to curse.

Even though the Israelites have been physically free, they are still in bondage to old patterns of behaviour and old beliefs which leads them to many conflicts and are even recaptured as slaves. The rest of the Old Testament in the Bible introduces different prophets who are inspired to save their people by tuning into the I AM. Each prophet's demonstration of the I AM depends on his beliefs: some share visions that guide, inspire and uplift their people; some utilise the Power to sustain and heal their people; some use the Power to fight their battles; others utilise the Power to demonstrate that the I AM is the one True God. In the meantime, the Israelites are still not mentally free.

When Jesus enters the scene in the New Testament in the Bible, his aim is to reveal how to live abundantly. He teaches that the I AM is within each of us which we can all tune into to liberate ourselves from mental slavery. He demonstrates the infinite love of the I AM by healing and providing for his followers. Jesus also predicts that those who are one with the I AM will do even greater works than he has.

Have things changed from the olden days? No, it is the same old problem - mental slavery manifested as: poverty, sickness, wars, famines and death. I believe these problems cannot be resolved by good health care and education, peace treaties or throwing money at the situation. I believe the only solution is to learn how to tune into the I AM within and let Spirit sort them out once and for all.

I trust in the Infinite Power within me.

The Power of Affirmations

Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Zechariah 4: 6

I believe in the power of affirmations which I see as statements that express my convictions.

I start off from the place of stillness then I release the affirmation. After I've repeated the affirmation a few times, I let the words do the work.

For instance, I have experienced healing of migraine by simply affirming "Love is all there is." After I had made the affirmation, I didn't try to play my part by taking tablets or try to make myself feel better. Instead, I simply believed in the affirmation of Truth, relaxed, and let the Truth do the work of healing.

How did the healing come about? All I know is that the affirmations do come to life and do the work of healing. How they come to life is the mystery of Spirit. With Spirit there is no trying to do or work things out, no trying to figure things out, it's a matter of trusting in the omnipotent Spirit to do the work necessary.

Some might argue, what if the Spirit inspired you to see a doctor or to take pills. Well I can only speak for what is true for me. When I truly believe in the affirmation, then I let it do its work. When I don't believe, I have a back-up plan.

Belief in an affirmation is rather like trusting when someone says he's going to do something. When I don't have faith in the person then I fret or try to give advice. When I do trust in the other, I relax and let him do whatever is necessary.

Here are a few tried and tested affirmations I have used:

Infinite Love is meeting all needs perfectly.
There are no limits in Love.
God can afford everything.
Love/God is all there is.
With God, all things are possible.
I am Infinite Light.
I feel love.
Only One exists.
Thank You!

I believe in the power of affirmations, who are my trusted friends and companions in Spirit.

Love Has No Limits - Revisited

No matter how things appear, I believe I live in a spiritual universe of Infinite Love where there are no limits.

A dear friend brought the following BBC news article to my attention about how the Powers that Be are proposing to block lots of music videos on YouTube to UK viewers.

I see this article as a perfect opportunity to affirm what I believe:

There is only One Power - Infinite Light.
There is only One Source of entertainment - Infinite Love.

Every moment, Infinite Love is downloading limitless forms of entertainment through infinite channels for us all to enjoy.

And so it is.

He's Back!

Last night, I saw an advert on television for Michael Jackson's "This is It" concerts at the "O2 Arena" in London. The advert showed clips of Michael performing many of his hits; it was like watching a mini concert.

We love you, Michael!

Doing It My Way

I believe the universe is composed of infinite programmes that have been written in order for us to have the equivalent life experiences. When I put out an intention to have an experience, the relevant programme is activated, which gives rise to the equivalent thought forms needed to have the experience.

For instance, my interest in becoming a writer activated the writers' programme which inspired me to love reading and writing, attend writing classes, learn how to touch-type, stay alert for stories, etc.

The problem with programmes is that they come with lots of conflicting thought-forms that humans have dreamed up based on their own expectations and beliefs. I find the trick is to choose what works and then rewrite, overwrite, or erase thought forms that are not useful. I used to suffer from writers' block until I realised my identity as the Infinite Self which erased that belief. Now I see inspiration everywhere.

I'm reminded of an email exchange I had two days ago with a friend about the importance of being true to the Self. My friend wrote:

"I have a center that I must abide in. It is for me the Truth Center of what I am being, but I still have a personality that is grossly off center so much that it has attacked my health. I am finding that my physical condition is predicated on my mental and spiritual awareness."
My response was:

"I know exactly what you mean, [name]. I still have a personality which I have been training to be under the command of my I AM Presence. I find it's rather like training a puppy. Sometimes the puppy rebels but I still persist by loving her and never beat myself up as that is animal cruelty." :-)
Training the puppy is experiencing the "Truth Center" in every moment.

As a woman, I have activated the woman programme which comes with lots of baggage including having periods. Although I am not crazy about that experience, it comes in handy knowing where I am in my cycle, just in case. As part of the programme comes the belief in painful periods. Someone obviously benefits from this belief - Pharmaceutical companies who encourage women to spend billions on pain killers.

During my bus journey this morning I had a twinge of period pain which developed into a cramp that kept getting worse and worse. Time to overwrite that thought form with another. I thought to myself: "I am Love-Light. As Love-Light I am feeling good in every moment." I kept thinking "I feel good" over and over again until the thoughts of feeling good came to life and dissolved the pain. Now I am enjoying having a period my way. In other words, the puppy is being trained to obey Love's commands in every moment.

It's fun to experience different programmes as long as I get to experience them My way.

Our Daily Bread

While I know my nature, my real self, is beyond words, thoughts and ideas, I am also aware of the power of ideas to express oneness. Everything we experience such as animals, nature, humans, and things are ideas. This computer, for instance, is an idea to express love; the chair I'm sitting on is an idea to express love; and my human identity is a idea to express love.

A while back, I read an article in the Independent Newspaper (16 June 2005) about tennis champion Roger Federer who lives the opening lines to Lenny Kravitz's song:

"I wish that I could fly
Into the sky
So very high
Just like a dragonfly" Fly Away, Lenny Kravitz
He went on to become Wimbledon tennis champion for the third time in a row. His peers regard him as a genius. Well...if you can see yourself flying, you're bound to fly in all you do.

One game I like to play is to be the idea of what I would like to experience. For instance, to realise my nature as the formless, I first of all experienced this as an idea in my imagination. I saw myself falling into an abyss. I then realised there was nothing below, nothing substantial that I could grab hold of, and nothing to even fall into. I was the space I was falling into where I was neither floating nor falling. I was in a kind of suspended state. I was the suspended state. This idea represented letting go of all beliefs and being my real self, the One in all.

I have observed that either you see yourself and life as material, which can limit you, or you see yourself and life as ideas that can free you. When an open prison door is seen as material, it is there to keep you captive; but when an open prison door is seen as an idea it is symbolic of freeing you from whatever obstacles you're trying to overcome. So you visualise yourself as a prison door that's wide open and see yourself walking out of the door. You release the idea and observe this idea made manifest in your life.

A butterfly is an idea of transformation and freedom. I see myself as a butterfly emerging from the chrysalis and flying off.

The wind is an idea of boundlessness. I see myself as the wind everywhere and nowhere.

The ocean is an idea of infinity and abundance. I see myself as the ocean.

There are unlimited ideas around us. I believe ideas are our spiritual nourishment that can look after all our material needs. One must always remember that ideas are tools only. While the Self can be any idea He is not the idea.

In Oneness,
Enocia

Fully Understood

A friend showed me some photographs of himself while he was at university. He looked so young and full of promise. When I told my friend that I prefer him as he is now, twenty five years later, he wanted to know what I meant. I told him in essence who he is now is still the same as he was at university. However, I see the younger self as the dreamer and full of hope and the self now as full.

After our meeting, I popped into the local library. I picked up a book on the shelf to browse called: Working With Your Guardian Angel. While I was flicking through the pages I was drawn to a quote the writer had used:

"Trying to remember myself as a child, I see something like an outline drawing of the adult that I am now - fundamentally the same person but nothing filled in." ~~ Dame Margot Fonteyn

I emailed the quote to my friend telling him that it expresses perfectly what I meant when I had described him as "full."

What is Competition?

Last night I watched the finals of The Krypton Factor on television, a gameshow that tests contestants' mental agility, observation skills, intelligence, physical ability, and general knowledge.

On the assault course, which tests their physical ability, contestants usually compete in pairs, but in the finals they had to run the course on their own. This meant each contestant didn't have a partner to compete against or help push him; he had to rely on his self-belief to get him to the finishing line. It was only at the end that each contestant discovered how well or badly he'd performed. I noticed the contestant who came first was not as fast he'd been when he had a competitor beside him.

So competition is not what it seems. If there were were no others to push or challenge us as "competititors", would we be motivated to want to be more, I wonder? Would athletes keep pushing themselves if they didn't have their running mates to challenge them?

In my own personal life experience, competition has come as: life challenges, obstacles that I had unwittingly set up for myself, and people.

My mother has been my greatest sparring partner. When ircumstances brought us together I had to use the opportunity to learn more about myself. Thanks to my mother, I can now be in peace no matter what the circumstances.

I believe since there is only One Self wearing the many masks, then that which is appearing as the competitors, obstacles and challenges are no other than the One acting out those experiences.

My competitor is my ally.
The competition is no other than an aspect of Self.

Living with Unity Consciousness

I believe Unity Consciousness is realising that there is only ONE appearing as the many. In other words, there is only ONE Brotherhood of Man in the infinite universe. Because there is only ONE, whatever blesses one always blesses the all.

Having the realisation of Unity Consciousness is one thing, putting this realisation into practice is a different matter. How do I sustain the Unity Consciousness frequency?

By living by the "when one is blessed all is blessed" principle.

One way I achieve this is by sharing in writing insights, realisations, testimonies, and experiences that uplift and bless me. Even if people never get to read my writings, the intention to share still blesses everyone.

Another way I live by the above principle is I include everyone in my prayers. Thus,

If I want healing, I thank God that we are all healed.

If I want my debts cancelled, I thank God that all our debts are cancelled.

If I want to be happy, I thank God that we are all happy.

If I want to experience true love with the man of my dreams, I thank God that we are all experiencing true love with our ideal partners.

If I want to receive greater revelations and blessings, I thank God that we are all receiving greater revelations and blessings.

Etc.

I'm very much aware that just because I share my experiences or pray for everyone to be blessed doesn't mean people are going to be open to receive. Whether people are open or not is not the issue. The point is for me to keep sustaining the Unity Consciousness frequency, regardless.

And according to my frequency so are my experiences.

We are One.

In Praxis

Praxis is the art of putting theory into practice.

What's the use of having lofty ideas when it's not being applied in one's life experiences?

While I think it's great to see how many people are sharing their inspired writings, it's even more wonderful to hear about people's inspired life experiences.

I look forward to it.

Dissolving Cell Memories

A year ago my mother was given a potted Bologie vegetable plant which she put on the kitchen window sill. While she was on holidays, she asked me to look after the plant. I decided to name the plant Agnes after the British supermodel Agyness (same pronunciation but different spelling).

Agnes and I developed a strong bond. Every day I would tell her how much I love her and ask her to grow big and strong. Agnes really did prosper so much that when my mother returned from her holidays she was shocked to see how radiant Agnes was looking.

One day I was aghast to discover Agnes' leaves had been pruned. I had become so attached to Agnes that I had forgotten she was also a vegetable that makes very good stew. Agnes didn't seem to mind though as she continued to prosper anyway.

As Agnes was getting bigger, my mother decided to move her from the window to sit on top of a cupboard near the window, which she believed would give her more room to spread her wings. Agnes didn't like that spot at all because she was too near the cooker. She became a shadow of her former self; her leaves looked like they'd been scorched. For a while, it was touch and go and she looked like she was going to wither away. We continued to pour love on her and believe in her. She finally picked up and grew new leaves with singes around the edges.

After my mother had pruned her, the next generation of leaves were also singed. My mother was quite puzzled why Agnes was growing new leaves with singed leaves then I reminded her that it's due to cellular memories. I said even though my cells are continuously being renewed, the memory of old scars have been passed on from one generation to the next; that's why I still have scars from childhood on my body. Similarly, Agnes was passing on the old memories from one generation to the next.

My mother and I continued to love Agnes and encourage her to grow big and strong. The next time mum pruned her leaves, Agnes grew perfect leaves. Mum decided to transfer part of Agnes to a smaller pot. Baby Agnes grew big, strong and perfect leaves just like her mother. We were really proud of Agnes senior and junior.

Agnes has now become a grandmother.

Agnes has taught me a lot about how to let go of old wounds: just love, love, love.

Love dissolves all grievances.

My Head Says Yes But My Heart Says No

As I was watching television with my mother, I thought how lovely it would be to have a cup of tea. The moment I had the thought, another part of me thought, "I don't fancy it."

After a few more minutes I had the same thought about getting some tea and putting the kettle on.

Then I thought, "I don't feel like tea."

What's the matter with me? Do I or do I not fancy a cup of tea?

I decided to watch television instead.

A few minutes later my mother went to the kitchen, put the kettle on, and made herself a cup of tea.

Aha, so I was picking up on my mother's desires.

Late at night while I was watching StarTrek Voyager, I had a craving for a bowl of Weetabix cereals. This time my head and my heart were in total agreement so I went for it. I knew my cravings were all mine as my mother was already fast asleep.

When my head says yes but my heart says no, I follow my heart.
When my head says no but my heart says yes, I follow my heart.
When my head and my heart say yes, I follow my heart.

I follow my heart in all things as my heart always knows what's best.

Being Infinite Mind

24: And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. Isaiah 65

Though I appear as a woman with a certain height, weight, skin colour, interests and personality, I don't identity myself as a person but as Infinite Mind.

Infinite Mind is like a computer game which anticipates one's every move. The reason why the computer can anticipate every move is because all possibilities have already been programmed into it. In other words, all realities and possibilities exist in Mind. Since I identify myself as Mind, then all possibilities exist in me.

The other day during my bus journey, the bus was diverted because of weekend road works.

My mother sometimes travels to church by bus. Even though her bus route isn't the same as the bus I had been on, I was inspired to tell her about the diversion. Mum said she didn't think she would be affected as her bus travels on a completely different route.

The next day when my mother returned from church, she told me her bus had also been diverted. Just as well, she had left early anyway.

Now it made sense why I had been inspired to warn my mother even though it hadn't made any logical sense at the time. Mind already knew this would happen.

In our neighbourhood there is only one little corner shop that we all go to. The shop is useful for small items or things you've run out of. When people want to do their grocery shopping they have to drive, catch the local bus, or walk for about 20 minutes to the local supermarket and shops.

Two days ago while I was exploring another part of the neighbourhood, I noticed a shop that is a lot bigger than our local shop and stocks more vegetables. I made a mental note of it.

This morning my mother asked me to get some items from our corner shop. They had run out of onions. Mum was upset that they didn't have any as she intended to cook with them. It was then I remembered the other shop I had seen during my walk. I decided to surprise her by taking a walk to that shop and buy her onions from there.

I am Infinite Mind.

Battle of the Believers

In a previous article called Don't Think of a Pink Elephant, I wrote about the atheist advertising campaign that was launched on the side of buses all over the UK declaring that there is no God.

I've noticed the latest advertising campaign on buses by the Christian Party reads: "There definitely is a God."

Looks like the current state of play is now Deuce.

I'm curious about what the next campaign is going to be about. I can just see it now: "Bullshit! There is no God, I tell you!"

Then again, I doubt if advertisers would use the BS word on their campaign. I remember when the word "bloody" was used in one TV advert, lots of people complained. It would seem that viewers don't mind advertisers fabricating the truth about a product as long as they don't swear while they're promoting the product.

In the meantime, while people are busy arguing for or against God's existence, God is constantly being magnified.

Game, set and match, God!

Silent Treatment

When someone is not speaking to you or avoids communicating with you it is usually seen as giving someone the silent treatment.

People tend to give people silent treatments for various reasons: resentment, hostility, anger or they may just want to be left alone for whatever reason that's personal to them. I believe "silent treatment" in this sense is a misnomer because while someone might be giving you the silent treatment, his thoughts could still very much be active. A resentful person giving someone the silent treatment, for example, may very well be having hateful thoughts about another. Just as well thoughts only have as much power as I believe they have.

There is another way of giving silent treatment, where I am experiencing my natural state of being from inner silence. Where there are no thoughts, there are no judgments; there is simply Awareness that has no beginning or end; the ONE Light wearing the infinite masks. I experience Awareness as an inner sound that is endless bliss, joy, peace, happiness, power, freedom, goodness, wisdom, inspiration, wonder etc.

I believe the whole purpose of the spiritual path is to learn how to live from silence. When I need to experience life, Silence transmutes itself into the appropriate thoughts, feelings or experiences. It is from inner silence that man realises his nature as the wonder where things happen magically.

I believe when I am experiencing life from silence, I get to experience the real purpose of my five senses - to receive and transmit unlimited love in every moment. Thus, when I'm looking at someone, I end up receiving all their good intentions and love.

For example, as I was watching the Reality TV Show Dancing on Ice from silence, I could appreciate how each dancer was doing the best they can. Next, I went beyond the personality trying to do the best s/he can to the ONE Love/Presence in all that is wearing the many masks. Now that I was experiencing infinite love, I could enjoy Love's expression through each instrument while being totally detached from the final outcome.

The moment I experience life from the thinking mode, I find I'm always trying to figure out how thing should work out or trying to force a solution to a problem. In other words, "taking thought" creates a kind of static/interference that appears to block the wonder of being and life becomes a chore.

I believe giving silent treatment as Being is very good for the soul. I intend to give everyone the silent treatment indefinitely.

Dorothy Attracts Look-Alike

While I was watching the film The Wizard of Oz yesterday, it occurred to me that the character Dorothy (played by Judy Garland) reminded me of this woman I sometimes see during my bus journeys.

This morning I got up bright and early and left home earlier than usual. I even caught a bus I don't usually catch. During my bus journey the woman I'd been thinking of yesterday got on my bus. She sat downstairs while I was sitting upstairs.

So that's why I got up so early then so my thought could come true.

The Measure of Success

"4": Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

"5": Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
Psalm 37

What is success? Is it the amount of material wealth acquired after achieving a particular goal? Is it the feeling of satisfaction after a dream has come true?

In a recent TV documentary about the British singers Beverley Sisters, the sisters were asked how they managed to agree on outfits they wore on stage, as they always wear the same colours. One sister said that if, for instance, one sister wants to wear blue and another wants to wear red, they will go with the sister who feels the strongest. In other words, she who loves the most gets the deciding vote.

Last night my mother and I watched the Reality TV show, Dancing on Ice, where celebrities and their professional ice skating partners compete with one another. The ice panel decides 50% of the score and the audience votes determines the other 50%. One judge gave Zoe Salmon maximum point because she said Zoe made her feel the most. I could relate to what the judge was saying because Zoe was so full of joy that you couldn't help but fall in love with her.

Although the judges had given Coleen Nolan the lowest scores because they thought she was the weakest and least confident skater, the audience voted for her to stay. My mother was quite frustrated about this because she believed Coleen was depriving better skaters. I believe the reason why the audience keeps voting for Coleen is because she touches people's hearts.

I believe the measure of success is not based on how much money or stuff one has accumulated but on how much one loves and is open to experience love. Love then translates into the desires of one's heart i.e. audience votes, career opportunities, wealth, supply, abundance, peace of mind, happiness, power, etc.

Love to all.

When I Follow My Heart, Every Day is Christmas Day

I have observed Love is constantly speaking to me through my heart. All I have to do is pay attention to how I am feeling in every moment.

After stopping off at the local Internet cafe to check my emails, I thought I'd catch a bus into town to my favourite bookshop, which I haven't been to for a while. As I was waiting at the stop, I no longer felt like going into town. I even felt exhausted, which isn't like me at all. Why not go home and spend the afternoon reading or watching television instead?

As I was walking home I decided to explore the local area which led me to the canal. I happen to love walking down canals. I figured I could energise myself by walking down it for a while and then go home but my heart wasn't in it. Even the swans and birds on the canal that usually give me such joy weren't doing it for me. Time to head home.

When I arrived home, my mother was back from church and she was cooking dinner. I borrowed one of her books to read. While I was reading, she sat down and flicked through the TV guide.

"I see they're showing your favourite film in half an hour," she said.

"Which one?"

"The Wizard of Oz."

"How wonderful! I can't wait to see it again."

Now it made sense why I hadn't felt like doing things I usually love - because Love wanted me to focus on another great love. In fact two days before, I reviewed an article I'd written, where I had cited the movie.

In The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy runs away from home with her beloved dog, Toto, because she's afraid Toto will be taken away from her. On the way she meets Professor Marvel who talks her into returning home. On her way home, a cyclone is fast approaching. By the time she arrives home, her loved ones have already gone into a shelter. Dorothy seeks shelter in her bedroom. When the cyclone hits, a broken window hits Dorothy on the head leaving her unconscious. When she "wakes up" she finds herself sitting in bed and experience her house flying. She also notices people flying outside the window. When the house finally lands Dorothy finds herself in this magical world of good and bad witches, Munchkins, and everything is alive.

What Dorothy doesn't realise is that she is dreaming.

In the dream, Dorothy is anxious to get home to her beloved Aunty Em and Uncle Henry. She's advised by a good witch that the Wizard of Oz might be able to help her get home. All she has to do is follow the yellow brick road to the Emerald City where the Wizard lives. On the way, Dorothy meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion who look very familiar to Dorothy, but she can't remember where she's seen them before. The reason why her new friends look very familiar is because they actually work at her farm. The three friends decide to accompany Dorothy to Oz as they are hoping the Wizard will help them find a brain, heart and courage respectively. The Wizard of Oz is no other than the Professor Dorothy had met in her waking state while she'd been running away.

To cut a long story short, the Wizard helps Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion realise that what they are seeking they already are. They simply have to believe in themselves. The good witch helps Dorothy realise an important lesson:

Well, I -- I think that it -- that it wasn't enough just to want to see Uncle Henry and Auntie Em -- and it's that -- if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with! The Wizard of Oz Movie script
Dorothy wakes out of the dream by remembering that "there is no place like home."

Like Dorothy, when I went out looking for my heart's desires, my heart told me that my treasure for the day was right where I was.

At the end of the movie, the announcer said: "I bet you thought it was Christmas, didn't you?"

I knew what the announcer was getting at. They tend to show this film around Christmas or during holiday seasons. Why wait till Christmas to enjoy your heart's desires?

When I listen to my heart, every day is Christmas Day.
